At Anada Kratom you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info (at) anandakratom.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or return articles that have already been opened.

You will receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs for the forwarding, within 14 days at the latest. The 14-day period starts when the order is returned to us.

The legal warranty applies to all our products. As the law describes: All products within our range do what you can reasonably expect from them.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange a product? Then contact us at info (at) anandakratom.com. To ensure that the process runs quickly and carefully, you can provide the return shipment with a note with the order number and for which product you want to exchange it. The moment the product has been returned, we will send the item to be exchanged.

Damaged product

At Ananda Kratom we always do our utmost to package every product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, it does happen in rare cases that a product arrives damaged. In such a case, please contact us.
